Please do not purchase, in any case if you did not agree with our Payment methods or Shipping policies. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.

Shipping

·  Ship to Canada and United States only.

·  Will ship in 2 business days on receipt of payment.

Payment

Please do not bid or purchase the item, if you do not intend to pay for it. Your payment must be received within 5 business days of the auction purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days, unpaid strike will be filed. There will be no exceptions.

Return & Refund

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns or cancellation to cover eBay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.

If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit for the buyer in the same amount paid minus the shipping chargers

Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.
